Data Scientist Architect (Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist Architect with deep expertise in Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, Generative AI, LLMs, and Enterprise AI Architecture. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact. This role requires a combination of AI research, production engineering, architecture leadership, governance, and stakeholder management skills.

The successful candidate will architect next-generation AI ecosystems leveraging autonomous agents, LLM orchestration frameworks, multimodal AI capabilities, and enterprise-grade reliability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and deliver enterprise-scale Agentic AI and Multi-Agent solutions, leveraging GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and orchestration frameworks to solve complex business challenges.
• Design scalable AI architectures encompassing LLMOps, MLOps, workflow orchestration, model serving, monitoring, and cloud-native deployment.
• Lead the development of production-ready AI systems with a strong focus on reliability, evaluation, observability, security, and performance optimization.
• Build and operationalize multimodal AI solutions integrating text, image, audio, video, and document intelligence capabilities.
• Establish AI governance frameworks, guardrails, Responsible AI practices, and compliance standards to ensure safe and trustworthy AI adoption.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define AI strategy, measure business impact, mentor teams, and drive enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or AI Architecture.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Strong experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions.
• Expertise in Python and modern AI/ML ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with:
• LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel
• Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS)
• RAG and Knowledge Graph implementations
• MLOps and LLMOps frameworks
