Job summary

Hiringhood is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design and deliver scalable AI/ML and LLM applications in production. You will build RAG pipelines, AI agents, and workflows, while ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance through testing and monitoring.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Python and AI systems, plus strong software engineering skills and API integration capabilities. Join a fast-growing enterprise AI team in Gurgaon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/AI/ML/Data Science or related field.
• 3-4 years building production AI/ML applications.
• Strong Python and software engineering skills.
• Hands-on experience in AI system design, evaluation, monitoring, and optimization.
• Experience with production AI apps and RAG architectures.
• Knowledge of LLMs, NLP, validation, retrieval, and business rules.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong debugging, testing, clean code, modular design, and API development/integration.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, production-ready AI/ML and LLM applications.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines, AI agents, and LLM workflows using structured outputs, validation, retrieval, and business rules.
• Perform debugging, root cause analysis, model evaluation, data analysis, and performance optimization.
• Develop automated evaluation, validation, and testing frameworks for AI applications.
• Develop and integrate APIs and AI solutions with existing products/platforms.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve deployed AI systems for accuracy, reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Follow strong software engineering, clean code, modular design, testing and maintainability practices.
