Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking a Data Scientist to lead data engineering/analytics initiatives. The role requires 5+ years of experience and at least 2 years of team leadership, with hands-on skills in Python, R, SQL and modern ML frameworks.

You will develop predictive models, build dashboards, and collaborate with IT, business and marketing teams. The position offers hybrid work with occasional office visits, based in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Python, R, SQL and visualization tools Tableau/Power BI.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Experience
