Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to lead research and experimentation with advanced Generative AI techniques, drive innovative product enhancements, and develop actionable insights from large datasets. You will collaborate with product and data teams to design intelligent AI features that improve user experience and deliver measurable business impact.

Base pay range

Salary range: Rs 1800000 - Rs 2500000 (ie INR 18-25 LPA)
Location: chennai, hyderabad
Min Experience: 6 years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead research and experimentation with Generative AI to enhance product capabilities.
• Develop and maintain analytics dashboards providing real-time visibility into AI product performance to support strategic decision-making.
• Apply advanced analytical methods to uncover insights and identify opportunities within large datasets.
• Act as a bridge between data science and product teams, translating complex findings into actionable product requirements.
• Design, implement, and optimize intelligent AI-driven features that deliver tangible business value.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field with a strong foundation in AI/ML principles.
• 5-8 years of professional experience in data science, software engineering, or related technical roles.
• Proficiency in Python with 3+ years of experience using libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, and seaborn.
• Strong expertise in SQL (2+ years) for querying and manipulating large datasets (BigQuery, MySQL, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in building interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI (2+ years preferred).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) for scalable data solutions.
• 3+ years applying data science methodologies to real-world business problems.
• Strong interest in applied research and Generative AI, especially in the healthcare technology domain.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
