Job summary

Gyanindit Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Data Scientist in Hyderabad to lead advanced analytics initiatives.

The role emphasizes statistical analysis, ML, and dashboarding using AWS data services and Tableau. You will build metrics frameworks, predictive models, and anomaly detection to drive operational insights. The position offers hybrid work with 4 days WFO and 1 day WFH, requiring strong communication and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or Advanced Analytics.
• 7+ years of relevant Data Science/ML experience.
• Strong knowledge of Statistics, Hypothesis Testing, Regression, Time Series & Bayesian Methods.
• Advanced SQL with experience handling large, multi-source datasets.
• Strong proficiency in Python or R.
• Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Statsmodels or similar.
• Experience with AWS – SageMaker, Redshift, Athena, Glue, QuickSight or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau.
• Experience building metrics frameworks and dashboards from scratch.
• Experience with Anomaly Detection / Predictive Modeling in production or operational environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience integrating and analyzing data from multiple systems/sources

Responsibilities

• Build metrics frameworks for digital ordering and operational pipelines.
• Develop dashboards for volume, throughput, TAT, error rates, and system stability.
• Build predictive models for failures, trends, and capacity planning.
• Develop automated anomaly detection solutions.
• Perform statistical root-cause analysis for production/system issues.
• Partner with Engineering teams on data instrumentation.
• Present complex analytical insights to leadership and technical teams.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and production incident investigations.
• Document metric definitions, model logic, data sources, and dashboards.

CTC: Up to ₹30 LPA

Work Mode: Hybrid – 4 Days WFO + 1 Day WFH
