Job summary

Tekskills seeks an AI Product Data Scientist to design, build, and scale intelligent autonomous systems within enterprise product ecosystems. The role bridges AI research, data science, and product engineering to deliver agentic AI capabilities.

You will work with product managers and engineers to translate business needs into AI solutions, develop ML/LLM models, vector search, and RAG pipelines, and ensure production-ready, scalable, explainable systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in data science, ML, and AI product development.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar).
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone/FAISS/Weaviate).
• Strong Python programming skills (FastAPI, ML libraries, data pipelines).
• Experience designing AI product ecosystems (microservices, APIs, event-driven systems).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
• Understanding of product metrics, experimentation, and AI-driven strategy.

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Product Data Scientist with strong expertise in Agentic AI systems and product ecosystem architecture . The ideal candidate will bridge AI research, data science, and product engineering to design, build, and scale intelligent autonomous systems across enterprise products.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop agentic AI systems (multi-agent workflows, autonomous decision systems, orchestration frameworks).
• Build AI-driven product features across end-to-end product ecosystems (APIs, services, data platforms, automation pipelines).
• Work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Develop ML/LLM models, embeddings, vector search, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics pipelines.
• Architect RAG pipelines, AI copilots, enterprise automation workflows, and AI-first product integrations.
• Ensure AI systems are scalable, reliable, explainable, and production-ready.
• Drive experimentation, model evaluation, and continuous improvement in AI products.

Required Skills & Qualifications
