Job summary

Reuters in Bengaluru, India, is hiring a Data Scientist to build HR analytics solutions using React front-end and FastAPI back-end architectures. You will design data systems and leverage Snowflake to support AI-powered workflows across People Analytics.

You will interrogate data, conduct research, and collaborate with stakeholders to tailor solutions that drive business impact. 2–4 years of experience, strong Python/SQL skills, and familiarity with ML frameworks are expected.
