ACI Infotech is seeking a Data Science Lead — Predictive Analytics in Hyderabad to guide enterprise data-science engagements from framing to deployment. You will shape models for churn, demand, propensity, and translate results into decisions that matter to CFOs and COOs.

You will lead a small team, mentor data scientists, and drive methodology in Python, cloud ML platforms, and modern data platforms, ensuring models land in actionable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data science with leadership on client or cross-functional projects.
• Experience deploying models in cloud ML platforms (Azure ML, SageMaker, Databricks ML).
• Strong business framing — translate model outputs into decisions.
• Consulting or enterprise-client experience preferred.

The team

Our data-science work sits at the intersection of advanced modeling and enterprise business impact. Recent engagements have spanned predictive churn modeling for retail, demand forecasting for supply chains, and propensity scoring for financial services. The throughline: every model has to land in a decision a business owner cares about.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data-science projects from problem framing to deployment.
