Job summary

Advance Career Solutions in Pune, India, is seeking a data science specialist to develop modelling incl Predictive and Prescriptive analytics, and to design and deploy advanced models using Databricks Apache Spark and ML frameworks.

You will perform large-scale data exploration, feature engineering, and end-to-end ML lifecycle management with MLflow and Databricks, ensuring robust evaluation, reproducibility, and secure access controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in data science and analytics, building predictive and prescriptive models.
• Ability to perform end-to-end ML lifecycle from training to deployment.
• Proficiency with Databricks, Spark and MLflow for model workflows.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy advanced predictive and prescriptive models using Databricks Apache Spark and ML frameworks

Perform largescale data exploration profiling and feature engineering to prepare highquality datasets Implement and manage endtoend ML lifecycle training validation deployment leveraging MLflow and Databricks capabilities

Conduct model evaluation using appropriate metrics ensure robustness fairness and maintain reproducibility
