Job summary

NetConnect Global is hiring an Advanced Data Science Associate Consultant to design and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions. The role focuses on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models to deliver data-driven business insights.

You will mine and analyze data from multiple sources, conduct advanced statistics, build data models, and apply AB testing to ensure model quality and business impact. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in CS or Electronics, or MS in Computer Applications, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics or related technical discipline.
• 2-3 years experience in a statistical and/or data science / data analyst role.
• Should have experience in machine learning, statistics and data mining to solve clustering, classification, regression problems.
• Experience to merge and transform disparate internal & external data sets to create new features.
• Experience with R/Python is required; BI tools experience (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, test and implement data models that drive analytical solutions throughout the organization.
