Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 15 year(s) experience as a Data Science with a focus on cloud services.
• Solid foundation of Statistical Modeling, Machine Learning algorithms and Experimental design.
• Expert knowledge of experimental test design and ability to inform business strategy based on statistical findings.
• Experience in Utilities, Energy, Chemical and Natural Resources experience is preferred.
• Understanding of programming languages such as Python, PySpark, SQL, or Scala.
• Implement MLOps practices to streamline the machine learning lifecycle, including model versioning, deployment, and monitoring.
• Solid understanding of data integration, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Solve client problems by designing, building, deploying and monitoring analytics models.
• Interface with clients/account team to translate engineering/business problems into analytics problems.

What you would do in this role

The ideal candidate shall be, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels. Responsible to solution architect, design, build, deploy, deliver, and monitor advanced analytics models for different client problems.

Interface with clients/account team to understand engineering/business problems and translate it into analytics problems that shall deliver insights for action and operational improvements.

Take initiatives and collaborate with different Accenture internal teams and support driving sales.

Collaborate with different cross-functional teams, including technology, engineering, Strategy and account teams, to identify the new use cases.

Provide innovation and thought leadership support to build key capability areas such as tools & technology, new solutions in supply chain planning and assets & accelerators development.

Manage and mentor high-performing team of data analysts to work on large scale datasets, cloud platforms, IoT, and other similar large datasets.

Who we are looking for
