Job summary

Haleon is seeking a senior Data Quality Architect to design and enforce enterprise data quality standards within the Informatica IDMC ecosystem from Bengaluru. You will collaborate with Data Stewards, Governance, MDM & engineering to translate requirements into robust design specs and ensure high-quality data across regulated processes.

You will monitor trends and drive continuous improvements, supporting audits with documented controls, metrics and remediation actions, while leveraging IDMC

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise data quality management experience.
• Strong knowledge of data governance and data lifecycle in regulated environments.
• Structured problem-solving and analytical skills; translate complexity into business outcomes.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Define and enforce enterprise data quality frameworks and standards within Informatica IDMC, ensuring consistent rule design and application. Collaborate across governance, stewardship, and engineering teams to build, monitor, and continuously improve data quality practices on the IDMC platform.

Qualifications and skills

Essential

• 7+ years of deep expertise in enterprise data quality management frameworks and best practices.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data lifecycle management, and regulated data environments.
• Structured problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complexity into pragmatic business outcomes.
• Strong communication skills, able to operate effectivelywithbothtechnicalandnon‑technicalaudiences
• Informatica IDMC certifications in DataQualityandintegration; AgileusingJira/confluence, Azure tech stack
• HighlevelDataAnalysisskills using multiple technologies from Excel, SQL, to IDMC profiling and DQ

Preferred

• SOX, Audit, Databricks experience (UnityCatalog)
