Qualifications

Data & Analytics Manager – VP

Join us as a Data Quality Issue Management Analyst. This is an opportunity to take on a purpose‑led leadership role in a cutting‑edge Data & Analytics team. Acting as a consultant, you’ll understand the needs of our stakeholders to identify suitable data and analytics solutions to meet their needs and business challenges in line with our purpose. You’ll bring advanced analytics to life through compelling visualisations that tell powerful stories and influence key stakeholder decisions, while conducting deep‑dive root‑cause investigations across critical data to drive meaningful improvements for our customers and gain excellent recognition for your work. We’re offering this role at vice‑president level.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coach colleagues to plan and deliver strategic, agreed project and scrum outcomes.
• Drive the use of advanced analytics in your team to develop business solutions that meet stakeholders’ needs and increase understanding of our business, including its customers, processes, channels and products.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define detailed, often complex and ambiguous business questions, problems or opportunities.
• Plan and deliver data and analytics resources, expertise and solutions that bring commercial and customer value to business challenges.
• Communicate data and analytics opportunities and bring them to life in a way that business stakeholders can understand and engage with.
• Adopt and embed new tools, technologies and methodologies to carry out advanced analytics, particularly in our transition to data on cloud.
• Develop strong stakeholder relationships to bring together advanced analytics, data science and data engineering work that is easily understandable and links back clearly to our business needs.

Skills and Experience

• At least five years of experience in data and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, data management principles, and associated tools and technologies.
• Proficiency in SQL with the ability to query complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Experience working with customer data, preferably within financial institutions.
• Exposure to data investigation, remediation, and data quality improvement initiatives.
• Good understanding of data engineering, data science, and decisioning disciplines.
• Ability to translate complex data, analysis, and insights into meaningful outcomes for stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse audiences.
