Job summary

Allweiler India Pvt Ltd seeks a data operations professional to ensure master data accuracy and integrity. You will maintain BOMs, track data-quality metrics, and support cross-functional initiatives to align with business goals.

You will consolidate weekly Sales KPIs, drive process improvements, and deliver internal training while adapting to changing priorities across ERP systems and CRM data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in data quality, master data, sales operations, CRM/ERP data management, or a related analytical operations role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work with business applications and data.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building complex spreadsheets and using advanced formulas.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in spare parts kit management, master data quality control, and special pricing management is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM and SAP systems is a plus.

Job description

• Monitor, manage, and analyses master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Establish and track data-quality metrics, identify data defects, and implement corrective actions to continuously improve data quality.
• Create, update, and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business and operational requirements.
• Support the successful execution of various projects, demonstrating flexibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to changing business priorities.
• Manage the maintenance, accuracy, and organization of spare part kits, ensuring information remains complete and up to date.
• Maintain and consolidate weekly Sales KPIs, ensuring timely updates to team dashboards and providing clear visibility of sales performance.
• Act as an owner for driving process and business improvements, delivering internal training, coordinating system enhancements, and managing the planning, approval, testing, and implementation of changes.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a technology-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively with business applications and data.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to build complex spreadsheets, analyze data, and utilize advanced formulas and functions.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Previous experience in spare parts kit management, master data quality control, and special pricing management is an advantage. Familiarity with CRM and SAP systems will be an added benefit.
• Knowledge or practical experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, is preferred.
