Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Pune is seeking a Data Protection & DLP Specialist (Cybersecurity GRC) with 5-8 years of experience to strengthen data protection controls and DLP initiatives.

The role requires strong knowledge of ISO 27001, incident response, and risk assessments, with a focus on data-at-rest scanning and governance. Hybrid work model with collaboration across technology teams.

Qualifications

• Data Protection controls.
• DLP experience with data scanning and leakage protection.
• Understand risk assessments, ISO 27001, and incident response.
• 5+ years of experience with data protection controls.
• DLP expert with data-at-rest scanning, incident handling and alerts.
• Certified cyber security professional with ISO 27001 or CISM, CRISC.
• Security governance: advise, assess DLP policies and baselines.
• Coordinate with tech teams for DLP changes and issues.
• Policy and requirements management and DLP governance.

• Support the DLP task force Issues with respect to changes and co-ordinate with the technology teams for implementation.
• Involvement with policy and requirements management and DLP Governance.
