Job summary

Whyflex Human Capital Solutions is hiring for a senior Data Product leader in India. You will define the enterprise Data Product strategy, establish the portfolio and prioritize high-value data products across domains such as Customer, Finance and Risk.

You will develop roadmaps, business cases and value realization plans while partnering with business leaders to translate challenges into data-driven capabilities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in Data & Analytics, Product Management, Digital Transformation or BI.
• Regulatory reporting experience as BA/PO for FATCA, Basel or US market regulations.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale Data Product or Analytics initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage senior business stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Experience building roadmaps, business cases and value realization frameworks.
• Expertise in Data Product Management, Portfolio Management, Use Case Prioritization and Change Management.

• Prior experience of regulatory reporting as a BA/Product Owner for regulations like, FATCA, Basel or any other regulation related to US market.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Data Product, Data Strategy, or Analytics initiatives.
• Strong track record of managing senior business stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Experience building product roadmaps, business cases, and value realization frameworks.
• Expertise in Data Product Management, Product Portfolio Management, Use Case Prioritization, Business Value Realization, Agile Product Management, and Change Management.
