Job summary

Andor Tech is seeking a Data Privacy professional with 5+ years of experience to lead DPDPA initiatives in Mumbai. You will support implementation across business and tech functions, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to embed privacy by design.

The role emphasizes privacy controls, data mapping, DPIA, RoPA, consent management, and privacy risk assessments, with BFSI/FinTech exposure preferred. This position is based in Mumbai and offers a challenging, impactful scope.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience in DPDPA implementation / Data Privacy programs.
• Experience in data mapping, RoPA/DPIA, consent management, and privacy risk assessments.
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Information Security, Technology Risk, and Regulatory Compliance.
• BFSI/FinTech experience preferred, with understanding of banking products and digital channels.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, Data Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of DPDPA 2023 requirements across business and technology functions.
• Drive privacy controls covering consent, notice, data minimization, retention/deletion, and Data Principal rights.
• Support data discovery, data mapping, RoPA, DPIA, and privacy risk assessments.
• Manage processes for consent withdrawal, grievances, data requests, and personal data breaches.
• Review third-party/vendor data processing arrangements for privacy compliance.
• Support privacy audits, regulatory compliance, and management reporting.
• Collaborate with Technology, Product, Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Risk, and Business teams.
