Job summary

Protect Comply in Noida (Work from Office) invites a Data Privacy Specialist / DPO with 2–3 years of experience to join its privacy practice. The role focuses on implementing privacy controls and ensuring regulatory alignment.

The candidate will work with legal, security and product teams to navigate DPDP Act 2023, draft privacy policies and notices, handle data subject requests, and manage data breach responses. GDPR familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Data Privacy, Data Protection or Privacy Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of India's DPDP Act, 2023 and DPDP Rules.
• Familiarity with GDPR and international data privacy regulations.
• Practical experience in privacy assessments, data mapping, DSR handling and data breach management.
• Experience drafting privacy policies, consent notices and compliance documentation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across legal, technical and business teams.
