Job summary

Renault Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines on Google Cloud Platform. You will work on modern Lakehouse architectures using Dataflow, Dataform, BigQuery, and Pub/Sub, enabling analytics, reporting, and AI-driven data products.

The role requires strong hands-on experience in batch and streaming processing, ETL/ELT design, and data modeling for warehousing.

Qualifications

• Must have experience building data pipelines on GCP with both batch and streaming processing.
• Experience with lakehouse concepts and data modeling for warehousing.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; Java/Scala preferred.
• Familiar with data governance, security controls, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines on GCP.
• Collaborate with Data Architects, Analytics Engineers, BI developers and business teams to deliver reliable data solutions.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and security of data products across projects.

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building modern Lakehouse solutions using Dataflow, Dataform, BigQuery, and Pub/Sub while supporting analytics, reporting, and AI-driven data products. The role will work closely with Data Architects, Data Governance, Analytics Engineers, BI Developers, and Business Teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performance data solutions.
