Job description

We are seeking a Senior Data Modeler with 10+ years of IT experience and a strong focus on data modeling and data management. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a background in Enterprise Data Modeling teams, preferably within the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support business objectives.
• Utilize industry-leading data modeling tools (e.g., ERwin, Enterprise Architect, SQL Server Data Tools) to design and implement data structures.
• Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and project managers to gather requirements and ensure alignment between data models and business goals.
• Design and optimize relational and non-relational databases for insurance-related systems, including Core Finance, Credit Card, Underwriting, Claims, and Policy Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data governance standards and ensure compliance with enterprise data architecture.
• Lead discussions on data architecture and modeling best practices within the organization.
