Pyramid It Consulting is seeking a Data Modeler with strong OLTP and dimensional modeling experience. The role emphasizes building data models from scratch, data lakehouse exposure, and collaboration with data governance efforts.

Remote work is offered. Prior experience with Snowflake and SAP is preferred, and a solid data architecture background will be highly valued. The position focuses on data modeling and data mapping tasks within a broader data strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in conceptual, logical and physical data modeling.
• Proficient in OLTP and dimensional modeling (star schema).
• Some ETL exposure for data mapping is required.
• Snowflake background preferred; SAP background preferred.
• Must have built data models from scratch and have data architecture exposure.

Job Description:

looking for a Data Modeler who has worked extensively in building OLTP (Transactional/3rd Normal Form) & Dimensional Data Modeling (Star Schema Modeling/Kimball's methodology). Additionally worked on Data Lakehouse (Medallion Architecture)

Must have some data architecture background. Data architecture encompasses data modeling, data governance, data standardization) etc.

• 2) Must have done conceptual, logical & Physical data modeling.
• 3) Some ETL exposure needed as he will be doing data mapping.
• 4) Snowflake background is preferred.
• 5) SAP background is preferred.
• 6) Not looking for a heavy duty ETL developed. Looking for a data designer.
• 7) Must have built data models from scratch.
