Ample Success HR in Bengaluru is seeking a Data Engineer specializing in data migration. The role is hybrid in Bangalore, focusing on migrating pipelines and validating data quality with SQL, Python/Java, Spark, Snowflake, and cloud migrations.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, ensure data integrity, and support data platform modernization across Data Lake/Lakehouse/Data Warehouse environments.

Qualifications

• Must have data migration experience across Data Lake, Lakehouse, or Data Warehouse.
• Strong SQL and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in Python or Java programming.
• Experience with Apache Spark and ETL pipeline migrations.
• Knowledge of Snowflake and Apache Iceberg.
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Cloud experience on AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

Must have

• Data migration experience (Data Lake / Lakehouse / Data Warehouse)
• Strong SQL and troubleshooting skills
• Python/Java programming Knowledge
• Apache Spark and ETL pipeline migration experience
• Snowflake and Apache Iceberg knowledge
• Data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
