Job summary

EXL in Hyderabad is hiring an Azure Data Engineer to design and implement scalable data pipelines on Azure with Snowflake and DBT. The role is hybrid, based in Hyderabad, requiring strong SQL and cloud-data experience.

You'll build ETL/ELT pipelines, optimize performance, ensure data quality and governance, and collaborate with data analysts, data architects and DevOps in a cloud-first environment to deliver reliable data solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering roles using Azure and Snowflake.
• Proven expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF) for orchestration and automation of data pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and SnowSQL for data warehousing.
• Practical knowledge of DBT for transforming data in the warehouse.
• Experience working in cloud-based data environments with large-scale datasets.
