Job summary

Cigna Healthcare in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a BI Analyst to develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions that guide business decisions. You will partner with stakeholders to address challenges through data visualization, reporting, and analytics while supporting and improving existing tools.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal and external customers, translating requirements into actionable outputs, and maintaining MIS capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of work experience or Master’s with 2 years total experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing solutions using QlikView and/or Qlik Sense.
• Experience with SQL and advanced Microsoft Office tools, including Excel Macros and Access.
• Ability to develop reporting and data visualization solutions to support business objectives.
• Experience communicating with stakeholders and collaborating with internal and external customers.
• Knowledge of, or prior experience in, Health Insurance.

About the Role

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years of work experience, or Master’s degree with 2 years of total work experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing solutions using QlikView and/or Qlik Sense.
• Experience working with SQL and advanced Microsoft Office tools, including Excel Macros and Access.
• Ability to develop reporting and data visualization solutions to support business objectives.

• Knowledge of, or prior experience in, Health Insurance.
