This role is for one of the Weekday's clients.

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full‑time

Minimum Experience: 4 years

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise‑grade integrations between Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms and third‑party healthcare systems.
• Develop and support interfaces using industry‑standard healthcare interoperability frameworks, including:
  • HL7 for clinical and administrative data exchange
  • FHIR for modern, API‑driven interoperability
  • RESTful APIs for system‑to‑system communication
• Configure, test, and validate integration workflows to ensure seamless data exchange across systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues to maintain data accuracy, reliability, and consistency.
• Ensure high data quality and compliance with healthcare data standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and clinical stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure integration solutions.
• Support and optimize interface engines such as Mirth Connect, Cloverleaf, or Rhapsody.

Qualifications & Skills

• EPIC certification in one or more relevant modules.
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare IT, with a strong focus on data integration and interoperability.
• Hands‑on expertise with HL7 messaging and RESTful API‑based integrations.
• Working knowledge of FHIR standards is highly desirable.
• Experience with EHR systems and enterprise interface engines.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in complex enterprise environments.
