Job summary

Celebal Technologies seeks an experienced Solution Architect / Tech Lead Data Integration to bridge enterprise architecture, business needs and technical execution in Pune. The role demands ownership of end-to-end data integration across enterprise apps, data platforms, and downstream consumers.

The ideal candidate will lead engineering squads, define NFRs, guide API lifecycle practices, and ensure secure, scalable, high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Integration Architecture, Data Integration, Solution Architecture or Engineering Leadership.
• Experience with enterprise data integration and platforms.
• Experience with real-time and batch data integration.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, API Gateways, Messaging and Eventing, Kafka / Event Hubs, Integration patterns, Middleware.
• Strong hands‑on experience of AWS Cloud infrastructure and services (MSK, S3, Lambda, ECS, OpenSearch).
• Good programming skills in Python.
• Strong understanding of SQL, data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Data Warehouses, Data Lakes and Lakehouse architectures.
• Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and platforms such as Reltio.
• Experience translating business and data requirements into technical architecture and integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with Terraform, GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of data pipelines and data engineering concepts.
• Ability to work with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and technical leadership skills.

Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect / Tech Lead Data Integration who can bridge the gap between enterprise architecture, business requirements and technical execution.

The role will be responsible for designing robust, scalable and secure data integration solutions across enterprise applications, data platforms and downstream consumers.

The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership to engineering teams and ensure that integration solutions are high-performing, reliable, secure and built for long-term scalability and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end data integration solutions using APIs, streaming, messaging and middleware.
