Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Senior Enterprise Data Architect specializing in Data Governance and Master Data Management to lead enterprise-wide initiatives. You will design scalable MDM solutions, establish governance frameworks, and mentor global teams across ERP, CRM, and analytics ecosystems.

You will drive data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and compliance, partnering with business stakeholders to define data requirements and controls, while ensuring security and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Lead enterprise-wide Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives.
• Design and implement scalable Informatica MDM R360 solutions.
• Define and establish data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and stewardship processes.
• Architect and maintain master data domains including Customer, Product, Supplier, Vendor, Location, and Reference Data.
• Develop and manage data quality, standardization, matching, merging, survivorship, and golden-record strategies.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define master data requirements and governance controls.
• Drive Metadata Management, Data Lineage, Data Cataloging, and Data Stewardship initiatives.
• Establish governance KPIs, monitoring frameworks, and compliance controls.
• Provide architectural guidance for integration between MDM, Data Warehousing, ERP, CRM, Cloud, and Analytics platforms.
• Lead root-cause analysis and remediation of enterprise data-quality issues.
• Mentor global teams and provide thought leadership on MDM and Data Governance best practices.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise data-security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Data Management, Data Governance, and Master Data Management.
• Strong expertise in Informatica MDM R360 (Reference 360).
• Extensive experience with Informatica MDM, Customer 360, Product 360, and Reference Data Management.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale MDM architectures and governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Data Stewardship, Data Quality, Data Ownership, and Governance Operating Models.
• Experience with Golden Record creation, Match-Merge Rules, Survivorship Rules, and Hierarchy Management.
• Expertise in Data Governance tools, Metadata Management, Data Catalog, and Data Lineage concepts.
• Experience working with large-scale ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, and Analytics ecosystems.
• Strong stakeholder-management and executive communication skills.
• Experience leading geographically distributed delivery and architecture teams.
