Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement enterprise-wide Data Governance frameworks, policies, standards, and processes.
• Define and maintain data ownership, stewardship, accountability, and governance operating models.
• Drive implementation and adoption of Collibra for data cataloguing, business glossary, metadata management, workflows, and governance.
• Work with Informatica IDMC for metadata management, data governance, data quality, and integration-related requirements.
• Develop and maintain Business Glossary, Data Catalog, Data Lineage, and metadata.
• Establish data quality rules, monitoring mechanisms, and remediation processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data owners, data stewards, architects, and technology teams.
• Define governance workflows and ensure adherence to enterprise data policies.
• Support data lineage and impact analysis across critical business processes and systems.
• Identify gaps in existing governance practices and recommend improvements.
• Drive data governance maturity, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare governance dashboards, KPIs, and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with data privacy, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Governance professional with 5-9 years of experience in data governance, data management, metadata management, and enterprise data governance frameworks. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC, along with expertise in data cataloguing, data lineage, data quality, and governance implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement enterprise-wide Data Governance frameworks, policies, standards, and processes.
