Growth For Impact seeks a senior professional to establish and oversee operational risk policies, governance processes and data governance initiatives. You will partner with data office, risk leads, technology, and program teams to mitigate losses and strengthen reporting.

The role requires translating complex risk topics into clear implications for diverse stakeholders, influencing across all levels, and delivering detailed risk insights.

• 12+ years of relevant experience in operational risk or data governance.
• Ability to communicate and influence across all levels of the organization.
• Strong relationship-building skills with constructive conflict resolution approach.
• In-depth knowledge of operational risk processes and platforms used for risk reporting and work management.
• Ability to translate complex risk and data governance topics into clear messaging for a broad audience.

ROLE

• Establish and oversee operational risk policies, governance processes, and technology tools that reduce losses from control gaps and emerging risks.
• Assess risks independently and address root causes behind recurring operational risk losses by challenging existing and proposed practices.
• Lead cross‑functional data governance programs in partnership with the Chief Data Office, risk leads, technology teams, and program management teams.
• Apply artificial intelligence capabilities to standardize data insights and strengthen risk reporting.
• Define the scope, strategy, and success criteria for operational risk data governance initiatives.
• Manage operational risk products and requirements in partnership with technology and business stakeholders.
• Oversee program and project execution artifacts required for business completion and internal audit validation of regulatory milestones.
• Build relationships with business users and risk partners to translate changing operational risk and data governance requirements into action.

• 12+ years of relevant experience in operational risk, data governance, or a related discipline.
