Job summary

Hash Agile Technologies is seeking a Data Governance professional with 7+ years of experience to lead data governance and metadata management initiatives. You will spearhead the implementation and optimization of the Open Metadata platform, define governance frameworks, and drive data lineage, quality, and cataloging across multiple teams.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure data integrity and compliance, with hands-on SQL, data modeling, and ETL expertise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading data governance and metadata management initiatives.
• Experience implementing and optimizing Open Metadata platforms.
• Defined and enforced data governance frameworks, policies, standards.
• Led data lineage, data quality and cataloging initiatives.
• Integrated metadata tools with databases, ETL pipelines and BI platforms.
• Enabled data discovery and governance adoption across teams.
• Collaborated with business and technical stakeholders for data integrity and compliance.
• Strong experience in Open Metadata and Data Catalog tools.
• Deep understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Hands-on SQL, data modeling and ETL processes expertise.
• Experience with data lineage, metadata management and data quality frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good to Have: experience with Collibra, Immuta, Attacama; knowledge of GDPR.
