Responsibilities
- Accurately enter text, numerical, and other information into digital databases.
- Review entered data to identify and correct errors and inconsistencies.
- Maintain and update databases and digital archives.
- Assemble and sort physical and electronic documents.
- Create and export spreadsheets and data reports.
- Handle and store sensitive information securely.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Input: Accurately enter text, numerical, and other information from various source documents into digital databases and computer systems.
- Data Verification & Correction: Review entered data to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies, often by cross-referencing with source documents.
- Data Management: Maintain and update databases and digital archives, including establishing backups to secure data integrity.
- Document Preparation: Assemble, arrange, and sort physical and electronic documents and materials in preparation for data input.
- Report Generation: Create and export spreadsheets, documents, and data reports as requested by management or other departments.
- Data Security & Confidentiality: Handle and store sensitive information securely and adhere to corporate policies regarding data integrity and confidentiality.
