Job description

Overview

This is an Internship Related to Mainly data entry work of extracting questions from previous year question papers in Microsoft Excel and generation of Questions using AI tools paying ₹5,000 per month.

The work will involve extracting data from question papers, entering data manually into excel for 1000s of questions. (Data Entry Work). Each question type such as MCQ, True or False, Fill in the Blank, Descriptive Questions, etc. have their own set of rules to be followed while copy-pasting. Accuracy of the data extracted is highly important.

You will also be using AI to generate questions for quizzes.

Apart from these primary tasks, you will be responsible for additional minor responsibilities from time to time as directed by your manager. This internship is valid for one year.

Qualifications

• Must be a student or fresher with no experience.
• Must commit to working for at least 3 months.
• Must be able to work at least 3-4 hours a day.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English fluently.
• Fast and fully functional laptop with Windows 10 or 11.
• Fully functional headphones, microphones and webcam.
• High speed broadband internet connection.
• Experience and knowledge working on Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Legal Formalities: Acceptance of undergoing background checks, ID and Address verification and signing of a Non-disclosure Agreement.

• Analyse and sort/update/manipulate data as per our internal requirements.

• Prepare Questions and Quizzes using AI.
• Proofread and double check your work before submission.
• Gain professional work experience and get an official Internship certificate.
• You will be paid up to ₹10,000 per month for your hard work.

Additional Information

The monthly stipend of ₹5,000 offered is contingent on minimum 8 submissions every month. Interns not meeting this target may get deductions in their pay. Interns not submitting at least 4 submissions in a month will be terminated and will not get paid at all or get heavy deductions in their pay.

Note: The number of submissions are just an estimate. These numbers will be informed to you at the start of the month based on the complexity of the subjects / tasks being assigned to you. One submission is defined as 16 hours / 2 days of work. Hence, 8 submissions would mean a total of 16 days of work in a month.

Interns submitting more than 8 submissions will get incentives paid up to a maximum of ₹10,000 in a month.
