Job summary

AppVersal in India is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. You will accurately enter data into company databases, verify existing records, and maintain confidentiality.

You will organize information clearly, perform routine quality checks, and assist with data analysis and reports. The note: Working days Monday to Saturday; 10 AM to 7 PM; office days Mon/Wed/Fri; work from home Tue/Thu/Sat; having a laptop is mandatory.

• Accurately enter data into company databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
• Verify and update existing data, ensuring records are current and error‑free.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Organize and categorize information in a clear and accessible manner.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing routine quality checks.
• Assist with data analysis and report generation when necessary.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure data is consistent across all platforms.
• Meet deadlines and performance targets for data entry speed and accuracy.
• Review and correct data discrepancies or errors.
