Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Data Engineer to join its Data Engineering team in Bengaluru. You will design, build, and operate data ingestion and ETL pipelines, enabling scalable data lakes and warehouses across AI initiatives.

Collaboration with data scientists and analysts will ensure datasets meet business needs while maintaining data quality and governance. Ideal candidates have strong SQL, cloud data platform experience, and hands-on work with Spark, Databricks, and Snowflake.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business Analytics, CS, or Statistics; Masters in Data Science preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and SQL.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and ETL tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data ingestion processes.
• Design and optimize data storage and retrieval solutions.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines to load data into data lake/warehouse.
