Job summary

Acesoft Labs in Bengaluru is seeking a Data Engineer (Big Data) to design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines using Databricks, Python, and Azure Data Services.

You will work on ETL/ELT workflows, Azure SQL Database, Data Lake, and Delta Lake, collaborating with data architects and analysts, and ensuring data quality, governance, and performance.

This hybrid role offers opportunities to impact cloud-native data platforms and analytics solutions across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable data pipelines and working with large datasets.
• Proficiency with Databricks, Python, and Azure Data Services.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT workflows and data governance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Databricks, Python, and Azure Data Services
• Implement and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for structured & unstructured data
• Work with Azure SQL Database, Data Lake, and Delta Lake
• Collaborate with data architects & analysts on data models
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for data integration
• Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance (Informatica, Purview, etc.)
• Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
