Better Cotton is seeking a Data Engineer & Architect, Digital Products, to turn fragmented data into a governed, production-grade data infrastructure. You will define the target-state lakehouse and build the platform, pipelines, data models and controls that support field tools, supply chain systems, traceability, compliance, and impact reporting.

This role blends architecture with hands-on delivery and exposes you to future AI-enabled services, collaborating across teams to deliver trusted data
