Job summary

Aqilea is seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer in Bengaluru (Hybrid) with 5–8 years of experience. You will focus on data modeling, data transformation, and building scalable ingestion and processing pipelines. Hands-on with DBT Cloud, BigQuery (BQ) on GCP, Terraform, and CDP development in the fashion industry is expected.

Strong knowledge of API schema design and REST APIs is required. Immediate to 15 days notice period; full-time until further notice with six months probation.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of data engineering experience with data modeling and integration.
• Hands-on with data pipelines, data lakes/warehouses, and REST APIs.
• Cloud cert required: GCP; experience in fashion industry data is a plus.

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Engineer with strong expertise in data modeling, CI/CD pipeline development, and data transformation. The ideal candidate will be capable of integrating large volumes of data in a performant and scalable manner. A deep understanding of design principles and best practices for data integration from data warehouses and data lakes is essential, along with hands-on experience using tools such as DBT Cloud, BQ in GCP, Terraform and knowledge in CDP development in the fashion industry. Additionally, the candidate should have solid knowledge of API schema design and proficiency in working with REST APIs.

Required cloud certification: GCP

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days
