Job summary

Net Connect in Gurgaon/Bangalore is seeking a Data Engineer – Cloud with hands-on experience in Big Data, Databricks, Apache Spark, Python, SQL and cloud data platforms. You will build scalable cloud-based ETL/ELT pipelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions.

The role offers a 12‑month contract with hybrid work mode; a budget of ₹200,000 per month, with Gurgaon as the preferred location, and a strong focus on data modeling, data lakes, and modern data tooling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Big Data.
• Strong experience with Apache Spark & Databricks.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud-native technologies & Data Lakes.
• ETL/ELT development – extraction, transformation, cleansing & integration.
• Experience building batch ingestion pipelines.
• Strong Python skills.
• Unit testing using Pytest / Unittest / Nutter.
• SQL – complex queries and performance tuning.
• Git & CI/CD.
