BP plc in India is seeking a Data Engineer to build and maintain reliable, scalable data pipelines on Databricks and AWS. You will implement data ingestion, validation and transformation, writing well-tested software to ensure data quality and governance across bp pulse.

You will work with senior engineers, focusing on a modern data stack and developing data products with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code. Hybrid work with on-site and remote options in Pune.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining reliable, scalable data pipelines and data products, often alongside more senior engineers.
• Experience with Databricks, PySpark, Spark SQL and Delta Lake (or similar lakehouse platform).
• Experience with AWS data and serverless services (e.g. Lambda, Glue, S3, Kinesis).
• Good Python and SQL skills; knowledge of data modeling and data quality fundamentals.
