Job summary

Aixperto Vision Private Limited in Pune is seeking a Data Engineer to design and build the data pipelines that power our analytics and AI products.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of data engineering experience.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with distributed data processing and orchestration.

About the role

We are looking for a Data Engineer to design and build the data pipelines and platforms that feed our analytics and AI products.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
• Integrate data from databases, APIs, files and third-party systems.
• Model and manage data in data warehouses and data lakes.
• Ensure data quality and reliability through testing, monitoring and documentation.
• Optimise pipelines and queries for performance and cost.
• Work with data scientists and AI engineers to prepare data for analytics and machine-learning models.

What we are looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with distributed data processing such as Apache Spark.
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow.
• Hands‑on experience with a cloud data platform (AWS, Azure or GCP) and a warehouse such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift or Databricks.
• A good understanding of data modelling and data warehousing concepts.

Nice to have

• Streaming with Apache Kafka.
• Experience with dbt.
• Experience preparing data for AI/ML, including vector databases or RAG pipelines.
