Job summary

Brandsmashers Tech is hiring for a data engineering role focused on turning messy operational data into analytics-ready assets. You will build batch and streaming pipelines, model cloud data warehouses, and ensure data quality at scale.

You will work with Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift, dbt, and orchestration tools to deliver reliable data platforms for analysts and ML models across the business.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL and Python for data processing and automation.
• Experience with Spark or similar distributed engines.
• Hands-on work with orchestration tools such as Airflow.
• Experience with a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake/Redshift/BigQuery).
• Understanding of data modelling (star schema, slowly changing dimensions).
• Familiarity with building reliable, scalable data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build batch and streaming data pipelines using Spark, Airflow and dbt.
• Model data warehouses in Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift.
• Ingest and structure large product and operations datasets.
• Add data quality checks, lineage and monitoring.

• Make data available to analysts, ML models and APIs
