Job summary

Intellics Global Services Mumbai is seeking GCP Data Engineers to design and deploy scalable data pipelines in the Google Cloud Platform. The role focuses on Python and PySpark for data processing, with strong emphasis on BigQuery and data warehousing concepts.

Candidates will develop ETL workflows, optimize SQL queries, and implement data solutions using Dataflow and Dataproc. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to regulatory data handling will be essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on programming in Python and PySpark APIs.
• Experience building data pipelines for large data volumes.
• Strong knowledge of ETL concepts and data warehousing principles.
• Ability to write optimized SQL queries in BigQuery.
• Experience with Dataflow, Dataproc and BigQuery deployments.

Responsibilities

• Develop data pipelines for large datasets using Python and Spark.

Responsibilities and Required Experience

• Must Have Extensive hands on experience in object oriented programming using Python PySpark APIs
• Experience in building data pipelines for huge volume of data
• Deep understanding of ETL concepts data warehousing principles SQL
• Hands on experience in writing basic to advance level of optimized queries using SQL BigQuery
• Hands on experience in developing solutions using Dataflow Dataproc and BigQuery
• Good experience in SQL Queries
• Understanding of databases data flows and data architecture
• Experience on Python and GCP platform
• Willingness to Collaborate with CrossFunctional teams to drive validation and Project Execution
• Review and evaluate policies and procedures
• To develop implement monitor and manage the compliance needs as per the AEMP70 policy

Good to have

• Familiarity with CICD pipelines eg Jenkins Github Actions
