Role Purpose Statement

We are looking for an experienced Network professional to join the Infra Operations Command Center team in the Business Technology (BT) organization. The Network Ops Sr. Analyst will be responsible for delivering excellent client experience, supporting and troubleshooting of Bunge Network Infrastructure (Data, Voice, Video and Cloud Networks).This role will drive the responsibility to support the South America portion of a global network with multiple ISPs and various SDN solutions. The core areas of responsibility are LAN, WAN, Cloud, Collaboration, Wireless, and Telephony. Their role reports to the Network Manager of Argentina.

Main Accountabilities

• Proven incident and problem solving (troubleshooting) skills with an emphasis on timely resolution.
• Ability to quickly adapt to advancing technologies and procedural changes.

• 4+ years of experience interfacing with customers and providing technical solutions.
• Ability to travel 20-25% or as business needs dictate.
