HypTechie is seeking an experienced Data Architect to design scalable data architectures using AWS, Snowflake, SQL, Python, PySpark, Airflow, and dbt. You will develop data warehouses, dimensional models, and semantic layers to support BI and AI/ML initiatives.

The role emphasizes building data pipelines, CDC processes, and governance with modern tooling. Remote work from India with occasional in-person meetups is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 12–17 years of experience in Data Engineering and/or Data Architecture.
• Expert‑level hands‑on experience with AWS and Snowflake.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and PySpark.
• Experience with Apache Airflow and dbt.
• Strong understanding of data integration and CDC.
• Experience designing and building scalable data pipelines.
• Expertise in cloud data warehousing and dimensional modelling using Kimball methodology.
• Understanding of semantic layers and BI/analytics architecture.
• Exposure to data products supporting AI/ML use cases.
• Hands‑on experience with AI development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect with strong expertise in data engineering, cloud data platforms, and modern data architecture. The ideal candidate will have expert‑level hands‑on experience with AWS, Snowflake, SQL, Python, and PySpark, along with Airflow and dbt.

The role involves designing scalable data pipelines, data integration frameworks, cloud data warehouses, dimensional models, and semantic/BI layers. Experience using AI‑powered development tools to improve engineering productivity is also required.
