Job summary

Kyndryl Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Data Engineer to design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform.

The role emphasizes building ETL/ELT frameworks, implementing infrastructure as code with Terraform, enabling CI/CD, and delivering high-quality data products using DBT and modern data architectures. The ideal candidate will have 9+ years in IT with data engineering experience, strong data modeling skills, and hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL

Qualifications

• 9+ years of IT experience with data engineering, data mining, and ETL responsibilities.
• Experience building data pipelines and tooling (Glue, Databricks, Synapse, or Data processing).
• Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DB2, MongoDB).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and cloud-native data solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and enable CI/CD practices.
• Deliver high-quality data products using modern data architectures and DBT-based modeling.
