Job summary

Incedo Inc. in Gurgaon, India is seeking a Senior Data & AI Lead/Data Architect to drive end-to-end data solutions and Gen AI programs for enterprise clients. You will own solution design, run large-scale AI pods, and translate business problems into practical data/AI outcomes.

The role focuses on data modernization, governance, and creating measurable ROI through AI initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years of experience in data, analytics, and AI consulting or delivery leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with Gen AI solutions (LLMs, copilots, RAG architectures, enterprise AI use cases).
• Proven experience in running large-scale delivery teams or pods.
• Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Has executed and run enterprise level data solutions and architectures.
• Strong client engagement and executive communication skills.
• Exposure to Data Quality framework, Mesh, Fabric, Data Products, MDM, Governance and Marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data modernization and Gen AI programs across clients.
• Own solution design and execution for data platforms, analytics, and AI use cases.
• Run and scale Gen AI pods with cross-functional teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, translating business problems into data/AI solutions.
• Ensure value realization by tying solutions to KPIs and ROI.
• Establish delivery governance, operating models, and best practices for AI programs.
• Mentor junior team members and build high-performing pod structures.
• Support pre-sales, solution pitches and account growth strategies.
• Keep track of latest trends and modern data stack solutions for clients.
