Ocwen Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. - APAC is seeking a data infrastructure professional to design scalable data solutions and translate stakeholder requirements into technical blueprints using modelling tools.

The role emphasizes data security, quality, and cross-system integration, with hands-on experience in SQL, Python, Erwin, and cloud platforms. You'll collaborate with multiple business teams, manage data sourcing and migration efforts, and drive data quality improvements while working in

Qualifications

• ~6 yrs. experience in design, create and managing Data infrastructure using modelling tools like Erwin.
• ~6 yrs. experience in writing SQL Queries, Oracle database.
• ~2 yrs. experience in Python scripting.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure/Google cloud platform.
• Expertise in ETL tool and Data Quality tool.
• Strong Communication skills with excellent track of working in and with teams.
• Self-starter and Experience in prioritizing and managing a complex and changing workload.
• Interpersonal and relationship management experience with strong organizational skills.
• Capacity to gain a thorough knowledge of the relevant Business area.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Getting requirement from the stakeholders and be able to translate to technical blue prints using modelling tools.

• Define how data is sourced, accessed ensuring systems are scalable and compliant.
• Identifying and manage the resolution of data quality issues, such as uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness in a cost-effective and timely fashion.
• Evaluating existing systems and migrating the data to new efficient systems
• Highlight / escape risks / concerns w.r.t to the tasks assigned as needed to the immediate supervisor

Education / Experience

BE/B Tech/MSc/MCA – with Specialization in Computer Science/Information Systems.
