Job summary

RVS iGlobal - White Label Service Provider in India seeks a Data and Integration Engineer (AI and Automation) to build and maintain API integrations across Halo PSA, Xero, HubSpot and more, and to automate recurring processes within the MSP operating model.

You will contribute to the central data layer and data warehouse, implement data quality controls, develop AI-assisted workflows, and deliver reliable reporting and dashboards for finance and operations using Power BI.

Qualifications

• Build and maintain API integrations between customer business systems (Halo PSA to Float, HiBob to Float, ApprovalMax to central data layer).
• Design integrations with self-reporting failures, including error handling, alerting and reconciliation checks.
• Automate recurring finance/operations processes with auditable, reproducible standards.

Responsibilities

• Remediate data quality at source (Halo PSA, Xero, HubSpot) with entity matching and controls to prevent recurrence.
• Contribute to central data warehouse design (staging, incremental loading, history handling).
• Produce reports and dashboards on top of the data layer for finance/operations.

Job Description:

We arelooking for a skilled and proactive Data and Integration Engineer (AI andAutomation) to support the customers internal service platform and wider MSPoperating model. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintainingAPI integrations, automating recurring processes, improving data quality,contributing to the central data warehouse, and delivering reliable, documentedand supportable solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise acrossAPI integration engineering, data, automation, reporting

Requirements

• Build andmaintain API integrations between customer business systems, including Halo PSAto Float two-way sync, HiBob to Float, and ApprovalMax into the central datalayer.
• Buildintegrations that report their own failures, including error handling, alertingand reconciliation checks.
• Automaterecurring manual processes across finance and operations, including scheduledextracts, reconciliation support and supplier billing, to an auditable andreproducible standard.
• Remediatedata quality at source, starting with Halo PSA, Xero and HubSpot, includingentity matching between Halo customers, Xero contacts and HubSpot records, andput controls in place so that issues do not recur.
• Contribute tothe design and build of the central data warehouse, including staging layerdesign, entity matching, incremental loading and history handling.
• Work withcolleagues across finance and operations to produce reports and dashboards thatsit on top of the data layer.
• BuildAI-assisted workflows where they measurably improve throughput, and use AIdevelopment tooling to accelerate build work.
• Gatherrequirements directly from non-technical colleagues across finance, sales andoperations, and convert them into written specifications.
• Work within the established delivery process covering high level plan, scope of work,pre-sales authorisation, peer review and documentation before go-live.
• Substantialhands-on experience designing, building and supporting API integrations betweenbusiness systems in production.
• Workingknowledge of REST, OAuth2 and webhooks.
• Experiencewith two-way synchronisation, including write conflicts, retries, idempotencyand reconciliation.
• Experienceintegrating through Microsoft Graph, Entra APIs or comparable vendor APIs, withthe ability to assess and adopt new interfaces as the MSP toolset changes.
• Experiencehandling production constraints, including permission limits, rate limits,schema access refused by a vendor, and endpoints that behave differently fromtheir documentation.
• SQLproficiency, including queries, joins, views and stored procedures.
• Power Queryexperience, including ETL, data transformation and M language.
• Experienceautomating recurring processes end to end, including scheduling, monitoring andfailure handling.
• Practical useof AI coding tools such as Claude Code inside a reviewed workflow, with a clearaccount of how output is verified before it is relied upon.
• Experiencebuilding and delivering reports and dashboards for business users, in Power BIor a comparable tool.
• Ability totake a reporting requirement from a non-technical colleague through to aworking, documented output.
• Understandingof how the data model underneath a report determines what the report can andcannot do.
• Ability totie output back to source and present the reconciliation as part of delivery.
• Ability todistinguish between figures that drive an invoice and figures on a dashboard,and test them accordingly.
• Ability tosurface limitations of your own build before anyone else finds them.
• Experiencewith Azure AI Foundry, including orchestrating AI services over a data platformand understanding how models and APIs are selected and governed.
• Experiencewith Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse and pipelines, including a workingunderstanding of capacity and licensing cost.
• Involvementin delivering a data warehouse or lakehouse, including staging layer design,dimensional modelling, incremental loading and slowly changing dimensions.
• Workingknowledge of data governance, including sensitivity labelling, Purview, accesscontrol and data classification.
• Experienceintegrating Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or NetSuite with reporting tools ordownstream systems.
• Experiencewith PSA and MSP tooling such as Halo PSA, ConnectWise, Autotask or Datto, orcomparable time tracking and project management systems.
• IT Glue,Liongard and Scalepad exposure.
• AdvancedPower BI skills, including advanced DAX, semantic model and star schema design,and Power BI Service administration covering workspaces, gateways, scheduledrefreshes and row level security.
• MSP,professional services or another project based business background wherebillable utilisation and project margin matter.
• Experiencewith Power Automate, Zapier or similar low-code automation.
