Job summary

Diageo India in Bengaluru seeks a Level 5 Business Analyst to drive the Customer Operations Transformation agenda through data-driven insights and reporting excellence across the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process. You will partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance and OTC teams to turn data into actionable decisions.

You will build KPI frameworks, dashboards, and self-service reporting, while promoting data governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, BI or Performance Reporting.
• Experience across Order-to-Cash (OTC), Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance functions.
• Strong experience extracting and analyzing data from enterprise systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Cash Cube, DORA.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, and reporting/visualization tools.
• Experience designing KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting frameworks for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Extract, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from enterprise systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Cash Cube, DORA and other business applications.
• Analyze business performance to identify trends, risks, root causes, and opportunities for improvement across the Order-to-Cash, Supply and Commercial processes.
• Convert complex data into clear, actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and performance reporting for Customer Operations.
• Develop automated and scalable reporting solutions to improve reporting efficiency and business visibility.
• Build self-service reporting capabilities that enable Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Operations teams to access insights independently.
• Standardize business metrics and reporting while ensuring data quality and governance.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs, performance measures, and reporting requirements aligned to business priorities.

About the role

As a Level 5 Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the Customer Operations Transformation agenda through data-driven insights, performance analytics, and reporting excellence across the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process. Acting as a trusted business partner, you will collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Order-to-Cash teams to transform complex data into actionable insights that enable strategic decision-making, improve operational performance, and enhance customer experience.

You will lead the development of performance measurement frameworks, standardized KPIs, and self-service reporting capabilities while driving continuous improvement through deep analytical insights and root-cause analysis.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Support Customer Operations Transformation initiatives through data analysis, performance measurement, and business insights.


• Collaborate with other partner (D&T, Master Data etc.) and business teams to continuously improve reporting, data quality, and analytics capabilities.


• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and enhance business intelligence solutions using Power BI and other analytics tools.

Experience / Skills Required

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Performance Reporting.


• Experience working across Order-to-Cash (OTC), Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance functions.


• Strong experience extracting and analyzing data from enterprise systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Cash Cube, DORA and other business applications.


• Hands‑on experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, and reporting/visualization tools.


• Experience designing KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting frameworks for business stakeholders.


• Proven ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.


• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships across business and technology.


• Exposure to data governance, reporting automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Experience supporting large‑scale transformation or digital programs is preferred.

Knowledge of Agile ways of working and experience delivering in sprint-based environments is desirable.
