Job summary

Indium Software is seeking an experienced Data Analytics Manager to lead the analytics function, transforming data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

You will mentor a team of analysts, build dashboards, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations. Strong SQL, Excel, and BI tooling are required, with cloud experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data analytics, BI, or related roles.
• 2-4 years leading analytics teams.
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Knowledge of data modelling, ETL, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) a plus.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.
• 2-4 years of experience leading or managing analytics teams.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
